Setting up a pre-paid team

• Click on the register button and select the 'Team' option
• Create your team account (making sure you are the first to do so)
• Select the 'Pre-Paid' option to pay by credit card
• Select the number of members in your team
• Create your personal account and fill in personal details
• Next you will create your team. If you select NO to allowing anyone to join, members will need to utilise the team link to join. 

• Update your team fundraising page with your reasons for being part of the event.
• Select your shirt size. The shirts are unisex sizing
• If you would like to self-donate now, this is a great way to start your fundraising journey
• Once on the payment page, use your credit card to pay the fee (or if you are a sponsor, use the unique code sent to you by our team and make sure the payment field is $0)

• Go to your profile in the top right corner of the webpage and click on 'My Team' , 'Dashboard'.

• On the team dashboard you will find both the invite link and the promo code for your team members. Make sure you send team members the joining link AND the promo code so they can use their pre-paid entry and join the team!

Joining a pre-paid team

• Click the Join link sent to you by your team captain. The Join link will look like: https://www.darknesstodaylight.org/join/teamnamehere). This link will automatically put you into the correct team.
• Create your account and fill in your personal details
• Select how you would like to register (Virtual Only, Virtual + 10km, or Virtual + 3km)
• Select your shirt size. Please note all shirts are unisex sizing.
• If you would like to self-donate now, this is a great way to start your fundraising journey. Promo codes do not cover the cost of donations.
• When you get to the payment page, enter the discount code given to you by your team captain. Ensure the total is $0 (aside from any donation amounts)
• Complete your profile and begin sharing

Setting up a social team

• Click on the register button and select the 'Team' option
• Create a team
• Then select 'pay as you go'
• Create your personal account and fill in personal details
• Next you will need to create your team. If you select NO to allowing anyone to join, members will need to utilise the team link to join. If you seelct YES, the team will appear on the drop down list. 

• Update your team fundraising page with your reasons for being part of the event.
• Select your shirt sizes. The shirts are unisex sizing
• If you would like to self-donate now, this is a great way to start your fundraising journey
• Complete payment to finalise registration. If you have a promotional code please enter it
  now
• Go to your profile in the top right corner of the webpage and click on 'My Team' , 'Dashboard'.

• On the team dashboard you will find both the invite link for your team members. Make sure you send team members the joining link so they can easily join the team!
