My Activity Tracking
My target 110 kms
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Darkness to Daylight Challenge!
In Australia on average 110 people die from Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) every year.
I’m participating in Darkness to Daylight (D2D) - a 110km run - where each kilometre represents one of those lives lost. It’s a long distance, it’s physically and mentally demanding but knowing the funds raised go towards DFV prevention makes it all worth it.
I would very much appreciate your support because together we can end domestic and family violence.
Month-to-date Update!Tuesday 18th May I just realised I need to be updating my page and share my journey to 110km with my wonderful sponsors and team mates! Thank goodness for iOS Health App and my trusty Garmin. My month-to-date distance is 66.2km, which means I need to walk, on average, 3.13km per day for the remainder of the month. #goal Share
Why DFV Prevention Matters to Me...Monday 12th Apr In the simplest words, because the opposite position would equate to supporting DFV, and that is just not an option for me.
Thank you to my Sponsors
