Why We’re Participating in Darkness to Daylight
For us, taking part in Darkness to Daylight is about more than just a challenge — it’s about showing up for something that really matters.
Domestic and family violence impacts far too many people in our communities. It’s something that affects our friends, our colleagues, and our families. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and supported in their own home — and we know that’s not the reality for everyone.
By being part of this challenge, we’re standing alongside victim-survivors and acknowledging the strength it takes to speak up, seek support, and keep going. We’re also remembering those who have lost their lives to violence — and committing to being part of change.
Each kilometre we complete is a small but meaningful way to raise awareness and contribute to prevention. But we know real change takes all of us.

Challenge DV
