Story
Raising awareness and funds for domestic violence victims and survivors is important to me and being part of the team at QR makes me proud to work for an employer that supports a charity like Darkness to Daylight. Having the opportunity to raise money and awareness for such an amazing charity while kicking my own personal goals is a win win!!
Those that know me will already know that I hate to exercise and I don't like to back down from a challenge, but I am also a survivor of domestic violence and while I am happy and safe now, I am often reminded of just how devastating the effects of domestic violence can be, particularly for children.
I understand times are hard for most of us but even the smallest of donations will help provide services for those in need. If you are unable to donate but would still like to support me, I am always keen for a walking buddy and if you ever want to chat, I'm always free.
