My target 110 kms
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Darkness to Daylight Challenge!
In Australia on average 110 people die from Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) every year.
I’m participating in Darkness to Daylight (D2D) - a 110km run - where each kilometre represents one of those lives lost. The individual runs are conducted through the month of May and knowing the funds raised go towards DFV prevention makes it all worth it, as well as combining the daily health for a good cause.
I would very much appreciate your support and hope that working together we can end domestic and family violence.
Lots of love, Lisa
I made it!Monday 24th May
Halfway Mark passed!Tuesday 11th May A week of interesting events makes my halfway mark- snake, storm, sun and stick insect along with slightly sore feet 🦶 But getting there and also so grateful to the people contributing to the cause ! ❤️ Share
Off to a good startTuesday 4th May Bit mixture of rain and sun and the effects of a long weekend with social events, still managed to get going in the challenge. My aim was to start off ahead of daily plan so I can cater for any unexpected days where other parts of work and family life will need priority- but I’m very committed - 20% done ✅ Share
