In Australia on average 110 people die from Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) every year.
I’m participating in Darkness to Daylight (D2D) - a 110km run - where each kilometre represents one of those lives lost. It’s a long distance, it’s physically and mentally demanding but knowing the funds raised go towards DFV prevention makes it all worth it.

Dear Deb, Sadly family violence has touched my life and has been something that has had an impact on family. Very proud that you are making a difference by walking the steps that many women and children are not able to do at this stage. Strength comes from supporting others so we all can live in safety. Ending violence will reduce the multi generational impact on all. Good luck with it Deb know you will do well. Makes sure the 80s music is pumping.
