Thanks for supporting the Department of Seniors, Disability Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships in fundraising through the Darkness to Daylight Challenge!

The Department of Seniors, Disability Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships takes Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) very seriously.
 
In Australia on average 110 people die from DFV every year.

This is why we're participating in Darkness to Daylight (D2D) — a 110km walk or run — where each kilometre represents one of those lives lost. It’s a long distance, it’s physically and mentally demanding but knowing the funds raised go towards DFV prevention makes it all worth it.
